Studio Tour

Welcome to the new Avenue Design Studio headquarters - located in the charming town of Delft (NL). With quintessentially Dutch waterways and a museum on the doorstep, central station practically in the back yard and all of Delft’s loveliest cafes and shops within strolling distance, the decision to move the studio here was an easy one.

The building is a renovated monument status canal house that has been turned into residential-style work spaces. The studio, which is nestled between two charming courtyards, boasts warm oak parquet flooring, soaring ceilings and sash windows. The natural light that floods the space makes it the perfect backdrop for the presentations, meetings, design consultations and photography that takes place here. Marble clad hallways lead to a charming pebbled garden out the back, and though the coffee at our former studio at Spaces in The Hague was pretty great, the coffee here is not too bad either, especially when enjoyed in the garden.

A rotating collection of curated objects and art which are collected for projects in the process of being finished, are dotted throughout the studio, cohabitating amongst our material samples and across all available surfaces. The studio table is a travertine piece custom made for the space. The studio moodboard continues to serve as inspiration, and at the moment displays some of the plans in place for a new residential project in the works. Enjoy the tour!
